Nearly three years ago, our Salon Manager Amber introduced us to Smart Works Scotland—an incredible charity dedicated to empowering unemployed women by providing them with the clothing, coaching, and confidence they need to realise their potential, secure employment, and transform their lives.

Inspired by their positive impact, we immediately committed our support. Since the beginning of our collaboration, we’ve proudly provided over 60 vouchers for complimentary haircuts to women who have successfully secured jobs.
